Delivery:
We only deliver to mainland UK addresses. We can’t deliver to parts of the Scottish Highlands. Sorry! Please check we can deliver to your postcode before placing your order.
Once we’ve got your payment, we’ll process your order and send it to our couriers on the next working day. Our couriers will then contact you to arrange delivery on a day that suits you and we’ll aim to have it with you in 3-5 working days. Please be sure to send your contact number with your order and double-check it’s correct. If we’re unable to contact you, we won’t be able to arrange delivery.

The vehicles used to deliver our items are 7.5 tonne lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road.
The delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time slot, we MUST HAVE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER, if you do not send it then your appliance will NOT be sent until you do.
When delivery takes place you must un-pack and fully check the item prior to signing. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.
All deliveries are made by a two man team, they will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. This is subject to the size of the product ( getting past obstructions / through doorways ) and also in weight. If the team can not safely move the appliance to the desired room then they will deliver it to the nearest point.
The delivery crew will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments etc. Also if you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer.
The delivery crew will only deliver. They will not remove doors, door frames or even windows. It is your responsibility to make sure there is a safe access passage for the appliance to be delivered.

Where can you deliver to?
A. We deliver to most of the UK, but there are some places we can’t get to. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, we’re sorry, but we can’t deliver to you.

How long will delivery take?
A. We get to work straight away and aim to have your electricals at your door in 3-5 days. Your item/s will be collected from us by a courier the day after your order is confirmed, and they’ll contact you on the phone number you give us to arrange a delivery date that suits you. Just to let you know, this call normally comes from a withheld number.

How much is delivery?
A. Delivery is free on some electricals, including , computing and TVs up to 55”, but there’s a fee for larger, bulkier items. The delivery cost is £20 and it’s always easy to spot at the bottom of our product descriptions.

A. Yes we now only sell appliances online.

Returns Policy
A. If you’re not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, just let us know within 14 days of delivery or collection for a refund. We’re happy for you to unpack the appliance and have a proper look at it. However, if you’ve used the product or had it installed, we may not be able to sell it to someone else. This means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund, or charge you for the reduction in value. If you’ve not used the product and it’s returned to us in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of our collection or your return of the product.
To cancel a product, please contact us via eBay between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The product must be returned using the same method it was delivered. When we are to collect the cancelled product from you, we’ll do so free of charge within a reasonable time from when you cancel, and on a day that suits you. We’ll also refund you the cost of delivery. You will receive an estimated timeslot and must be at the chosen address for the driver to receive the goods from you. Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be cancelled before delivery.

If you’re reading this section, we’re sorry. We work closely with our manufacturers to sell quality electricals, but sometimes things do go wrong. Here’s how we’ll fix it…
It’s important to us to supply products that are fit for purpose, but for your added assurance, it’s also our legal responsibility. To the extent that the products have any cosmetic damage, this will be displayed on the photos of that product on our website.
As a customer, it’s your legal right to receive either a refund, repair or replacement for products that are either faulty or not what you expected as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We’ll offer resolutions based on the timelines outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for products purchased from 1st October 2015 onwards, and those outlined in the Sale of Goods Act for those bought prior to this date.
- If a fault is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, just let us know and you’ll be able to return it for a full refund, or have it repaired or replaced.
- If a fault is confirmed after 30 days of delivery (but within 6 months of owning it), just let us know and you can choose whether you’d like us to either repair or replace it for you.
- In some cases, we may not be able to offer your preferred option if it is disproportionate to the other (e.g. because it has a much higher cost to us than the alternative). If that’s the case, you’ll still be offered a repair or replacement to fix the issue, but not the choice of either.
- If it’s not possible for us to offer a repair or replacement, you can choose to keep the product and receive a partial refund or return the product and receive a full refund.
- If you find a fault 6 months after delivery and you’re able to prove that the fault/defect was there when we delivered it, we’ll offer the same resolution mentioned in point 2.
Manufacturers are best placed to help you deal with manufacturer faults. Sometimes we’ll ask you to get in touch with them to resolve the issue. We can even put you straight through to them on our phone system to make it easier for you.
You can get advice regarding your legal rights from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
Unless otherwise indicated on the product information, the manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights set out above. In most cases you’ll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour. In some cases, it may be extended to up to 10 years by the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these promotions – please check with one of our team.
We will supply a ‘return to base’ warranty with some of our products. If any product subject to this warranty develops a fault and you want to enforce your ‘return to base’ warranty. Batteries, chargers and Peripherals are not covered. Please contact us via eBay Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please also note that our warranties only cover domestic use; items for use in commercial properties might not be covered.
